1. Nature of Services
Doksan Ltd provides sourcing assistance, supplier verification, factory audits, quality control, production monitoring, and import risk-prevention services for foreign buyers importing goods from Turkey.
Doksan Ltd is not a manufacturer, seller, trading company, freight forwarder, customs broker, or financial insurer. It operates exclusively as an independent third-party service provider offering technical and operational support during the sourcing and import process.
2. No Financial or Commercial Guarantee
Doksan Ltd does not guarantee product performance, supplier financial stability, long-term quality, or the absence of hidden defects. Reports issued by Doksan Ltd reflect only the condition of the goods or facility at the specific time of inspection.
Doksan Ltd does not provide financial reimbursement, compensation for defective goods, shipping damage, delays, or losses related to business operations or commercial expectations.
3. Import Safety Service Is Not Insurance
The “Import Safety” or “Order Protection” service offered by Doksan Ltd is a technical risk-prevention and supervision program. It includes supplier assessment, document verification, inspection, material checks, packing and loading supervision, and support in case of disputes.
This service is not a financial insurance policy and does not replace transport insurance, credit insurance, or any form of legally regulated insurance coverage that the client may need to obtain independently.
4. Inspection and Audit Limitations
Doksan Ltd inspections are based on visual observations, available documentation, and, when requested, non-destructive testing.
Inspections do not cover concealed areas, internal components, hidden defects, or any changes made after the inspector leaves the facility. They do not include long-term performance evaluation or guarantee of conformity beyond the inspected scope.
Reports do not serve as product certification or official approval of the supplier.
5. Limitation of Liability
Doksan Ltd’s total liability is strictly limited to the amount of service fees paid for the specific assignment.
Doksan Ltd is not responsible for supplier mistakes or fraud, production delays, inaccurate specifications given by the client, customs decisions, shipping delays, or force majeure events such as natural disasters, political instability, or digital system failures.
Indirect losses, loss of profit, penalties, or business interruptions cannot give rise to any claim against Owlbridge.
6. Independence from Suppliers
Doksan Ltd is fully independent from all Turkish manufacturers and suppliers.
It does not own or control any factory inspected and does not influence the supplier’s production processes or decisions.
Suppliers remain entirely responsible for the conformity, warranty, certification, and contractual obligations of their products. Doksan Ltd does not endorse, certify, or guarantee the performance of any supplier.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate specifications before any inspection.
The client must review Doksan Ltd reports before approving production or shipment.
All purchasing decisions are made solely by the client.
Failure to follow the recommendations issued by Doksan Ltd voids any related claims regarding product conformity or quality.
8. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
All documents produced by Doksan Ltd, including reports, analyses, supplier lists, photos, videos, and risk assessments, are the exclusive intellectual property of Doksan Ltd.
They may not be reproduced, shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Supplier contact information provided through Doksan Ltd is confidential and cannot be used to bypass Doksan Ltd services.
